The concept of a ‘Pop up Restaurant’ is one that excites me greatly as a passionate and innovative Chef. The ability to take delicious foods to your local village/town, with fresh new ‘themes’ to liven up your weekend culinary experiences, is an exciting opportunity.
Whilst also supporting local communities to gather together and share new foods in a different environment. The themed ‘Pop up’ evenings aim to be atmospheric, with friendly, relaxed waiting staff.
